The dosing station is used for automatic, continuous dosing of chemicals and is designed for use with a reverse osmosis unit.

The compact diaphragm dosing pump operates with speed-controlled stepper motor drive and intelligent control electronics. Thanks to integrated dosing monitoring and volume flow measurement, it is ideally suited for complex dosing tasks. Due to the stepper motor drive, low-pulsation and continuous metering is possible even with low metering volume flows.

Benefits

• Optimum suction behavior, even with outgassing media, as the pump always operates with full suction stroke volume
• Continuous metering, as the pump is primed with a short suction stroke and dosed with the longest possible metering stroke, regardless of the current metering capacity

Applications

• For the automatic, continuous dosing of conditioning agents diluted with permeate, such as caustic soda, acid or sodium bisulfite
• Suitable for RO units of the UO-D FU, UO-D AS/FU, UO-D P (FU), UO-S7 KR/FU and UP-S7 FU series
• Also suitable for dosing sodium hypochlorite (not upstream of an RO system!)
